چکیده
This study aims to provide a quantitative analysis of the amino acids (AAs) and fatty (FAs) found in by-products Patagonian marine polychaete Abarenicola pusilla. Samples polychaetes were taken different seasons processed generate three by-products: eviscerated whole body, press cake, liquid. The results showed clear seasonal difference, with essential nutrients decreasing significantly winter. For example, from body specimens, acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), arachidonic (ARA) maintained relationship 1 summer, 1.24 winter, 1.5 spring autumn. In comparison, docosahexaenoic (DHA) was undetected some extracts However, content liquid resulted high variation, lowest during contrast, cake responded similarly. DHA decreased winter (from 0.1 0.08), whereas EPA variation along 0.57 0.03) summer highest protein values observed summer. lipid remained under 10% constant throughout all seasons, unless carcass, where 5 3% higher lipids found, indicating that A. pusilla uses more efficiently than as an energy source. most abundant EAAs lysine (LYS) leucine (LEU), while glycine (GLY), glutamic (GLU), alanine (ALA) NEAAs. Finally, harvest conditions type extract recommended produce valuable ingredient for aquafeeds are discussed.

Sperm quality parameters and fatty acid composition in Farahani rams fed pistachio by-products
Fifteen fertile rams (live weight 55.9 ± 1.21 kg, and 2.5-3 years old) were randomly allotted to three diets consisting of 0 (Control), 12.5 (PBP-12.5), and 25 % (PBP-25.5) pistachio by-products (PBP) in dry matter. Sperm motility parameters were detrimentally affected in animals feeding on PBP-25% diet (P<0.05). Sperm concentration of C17-1, C22-6-n-3, C18-2-Cis and C22-6 n-3 fatty acids decre...
متن کاملSeasonal Variations of Fat and Fatty Acid Composition in Muscle Tissues of Mediterranean Octopuses
The effects of seasons on lipid and fatty acid profiles of muscle types (mantle and arm) of Mediterranean octopuses (common octopus-Octopus vulgaris and musky octopus-Eledone moschata) were investigated. The results showed that lipid levels ranged from 0.75% to 1.60% in both muscle types of octopuses which were considered as lean. Lipid levels in mantle tissues of both octopus species were hig...

The chemical composition, fatty acid and amino acid Profiles of the Muscle Tissue of Male and Female Liza aurata in the Caspian Sea, Iran
Abstract The present study aims at the identification and investigation of fatty acid and amino acid profiles in male and female Liza aurata in the southern part of the Caspian Sea, in reproductive (autumn) and non-reproductive (spring) seasons. The results showed difference between the total fatty acids levels in the sexes. Analyses of fatty acids indicated a higher percentage of C16:0, C...
